Location was amazing! Found it easy to navigate my way around the city since the hotel was very close to the main plaza. The staff was also incredibly helpful with providing transportation options and recommendations for local day trips. I was able to check in early, which was a huge relief after a long overnight bus ride from another city. had a comfortable and clean room.
Everything was fantastic.

The staff was friendly and helpful with providing us with day-trip options. The hotel's key location offered us easy access to the main plaza and the historical center. We loved the fact that we were allowed to check-in so early in the morning after arriving on an overnight bus.
The hotel could be noisy at times due to its layout, but it was peaceful during the night. Breakfast wasn't great, and the shower was just okay, not great.

We had an amazing time staying in this hotel! Its location was very convenient as it was just a short walk away from the main plaza. the staff was extremely accommodating and helped us to arrange transportation to the bus station outside the city. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant with an extensive menu.
We found that the soundproofing could have been better in our room.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the friendly staff who greeted me with a smile every day. the central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions and the nearby restaurants offered delicious options.
The noise from the nearby events kept me awake at night and the lack of a proper lamp made it hard to read in bed. the breakfast also left something to be desired.
